As a biofeedback and neurofeedback practitioner specializing in trauma, I bring over 30 years of experience in advanced biotechnology systems, subtle energy modalities and integrative healthcare to my practice. I have personally benefitted from multiple “deep change” psychotherapeutic methods. These include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) and Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP).
After studying with Dr. Bruce Lipton and Rob Williams in 2011, I established my PSYCH-K® practice in 2013 while residing in California. In recent years I have studied Trauma Healing with Thomas Hübl, DNA Activation with Acurda Melchizedek and Spiritual Emergence with Dr. Emma Bragdon. I have also carefully developed a neuroscience-based and trauma-informed approach to emotional healing and psychological growth based on neurofeedback and biofeedback principles and practice.
What are neurofeedback and biofeedback? And how are they related to PSYCH-K? Neurofeedback is a form of biofeedback applied to the brain. It improves brain functioning which affects human behaviors. Neurofeedback uses a brain-computer interface system designed to regulate brainwaves. Biofeedback uses both traditional (organic) and modern (electronic) techniques and devices to stimulate, measure and record responses from the body’s nervous system. PSYCH-K does not employ any modern electronic devices; it uses Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) to measure and interpret electrical signals from the central nervous system in response to simple statements.
The approach I developed blends PSYCH-K, the practice of brainwave reregulation with neurofeedback and biofeedback, Trauma Healing and DNA Activation. (These interrelated services may be selected individually or in combination. As I facilitate your healing journey it opens the possibility of discussing the benefits of combining these various modalities to deepen your healing and accelerate your journey.)
One thing is certain; that is the power of belief. The power of thought will move reality in the direction of what we believe and conceive of. If you really believe you can do something, you can.
