What Does the Term PSYCH-K® Stand For?
Rob Williams, founder of PSYCH-K
Definitions
PSYCH-K®
PSYCH-K® is a scientific and psychological process designed to rewrite the subconscious mind's "software" for personal empowerment and performance. Based on brain dominance theory, quantum science and neuroscience, PSYCH-K also utilizes principles of mind/body/spirit integration. Scientific research proves that PSYCH-K generates a "Whole-Brain State" featuring a bilateral, symmetrical brain wave pattern. The result of a PSYCH-K balance equilibrates the brains two hemispheres, enabling nearly immediate subconscious mindset changes.

Whole Brain State
The Divided Brain
Dr. Iain McGilchrist
The optimal state of consciousness is to have the qualities and attributes of both brain hemispheres operating simultaneously, to have the mind/brain's full response system available; and to create a "user-friendly" state of consciousness for changing subconscious beliefs quickly and easily. We refer to this as the Whole Brain State. Our research shows that in 98 percent of subjects tested, PSYCH-K® created this state of mind in just minutes. This Whole Brain State can beneficially and dramatically influence our performance.

PSYCH-K® and The Whole Brain State
The following research papers were published in psychotherapy, business, and neuroscience peer-reviewed journals. They document brain mapping research done by Jeffrey L. Fannin, Ph.D., Director of the Center for Cognitive Enhancement, in Glendale, Arizona. Rob Williams, Originator of PSYCH-K®, co-authored the papers. The research promotes the "Whole Brain State's" value, and its role in the evolution of human consciousness. Dr. Fannin's neurofeedback experiments demonstrate that the brain's new bilateral, symmetrical wave patterns result from application of the PSYCH-K balance processes.

Brain Mapping (qEEG) now offers scientific validation that changes are in fact being made within the brain during the balance process. Dr. Jeffrey Fannin has been working with Rob Williams and PSYCH-K® since January 2009. Together, they published a paper in the peer-reviewed journal NeuroConnections in September 2011 which documents the findings of 125 participants utilizing PSYCH-K and neurofeedback Brain Mapping technology.

Epigenetics
Dr. Kara Fitzgerald, ND is a naturopathic doctor who published the book, Younger You. (New York, NY: Hachette Go, January 2022).
The groundbreaking program in Younger You works because it focuses on optimizing DNA methylation, the most pervasive and powerful influence on epigenetics, which is what determines which of your genes are turned on, and which are turned off. By supporting your epigenetic expression, you not only reduce biological age and increase your own healthspan and lifespan, you can also improve your family’s health across generations.

as well as his adult struggles with behavioral addictions, depression, and an ADHD diagnosis.
As a renowned speaker and author he believes,
“Trauma is not what happens to us. It’s what happens inside of us as a result of what happens to us.”
